Building a better Volleyball future for the North
- In October 2021, The North of Adelaide Volleyball Association was born. As a part of this, Volley North was also created with a focus on getting as many junior players as possible, playing the game of volleyball.
- NOAVA recognised the challenges of building a high-quality Juniors program as well as maintaining a State Level Volleyball Club so elected to split into two entities in order to better focus their efforts.
- The aim of NOAVA and Volley North is to build a foundation of junior players through structured competitions and high quality coaching programs. These junior players will then become the elite volleyball players of the future.
- As NOAVA and Volley North evolve, their will be a focus on transitioning players to the primary State League focused club in the North, as well as a renewed approach towards entering teams into Volleyball tournaments throughout Australia.
